Wedding at The Erie Art Museum – Heidi & Eric’s Story

Sentimental Wedding at the Erie Art Museum, Erie Pa

This sweet and sentimental fall wedding at the Erie Art Museum really began last year when the bride’s mother reached out to gather information from various companies. When we made the connection that one of our MC’s knew the couple and our lead Photographer had met them, the decision was made. Besides the Photo Team at Silver & Sage the couple booked our sister teams. Erie DJ Entertainment was reserved for music, emceeing, and uplighting and The Wedding Film team captured the wedding day for video. 

The day began for Heidi & Eric at Garden Heights Baptist Church where Heidi and her family attend. Both got ready in different areas of the church. The Photo team captured the Getting Ready Moments for both of them. For the first time ever we were honored to capture a First Look with the Bridal Party and boy was it fun! 

Before the ceremony the couple opted for a tender moment with a heartfelt first touch. The film team began documenting the day at that point. 

The ceremony was held in the church sanctuary and all members of the church were invited to participate. A radiant Heidi smiled while walking up the aisle escorted by her loving father. And the first look between the two was my favorite kind with a touch of tears in Eric’s eyes as his love made her way to him. 

Formal photos took place right in the sanctuary after the ceremony due to the rain. But they say rain is lucky on your wedding day. The family photos went easily and the bridal party really knew how to have fun and support the newlyweds during their photos. 

After the formal photos we traveled to the wedding at the Erie Art Museum. Luckily, the bride had an umbrella waiting to keep her dry on the short walk across the street to the wedding at The Erie Art Museum. The room was beautifully lit by pink uplighting and a monogram light broadcasting the couples new last initial shone brightly on the wall behind them.
